Kargicak Koyu — Attraction in Milas

No need to visit this place unless you are boarding to gulets for blue voyage. No facilites but village is not too far if you come not prepared for a beach picnic. Beach quality is not high, no need to swim where the dozens of gulets are anchored to an ugly stone dock. However if you are athletic and adventurous and can jump over a series of rocks, near by bays are recommended if you are there by car. If you go by a boat, it is recommended since you can have access to shopping at the near by village as well but you can not anchore to dock since its occupied with registered gulets. However if the gulet owners like you than they might squeeze you in for water logistics :))) otherwise you can stay at next bay and use your skipper boat for logistics. To get things from the village again you can ask gulet owner's assistance or arrange it yourself by phone searching available services in village from google etc. This scenerios above I suggest is only for an emergency situation otherwise not practical at all. A very remote, small bay. 🌝 Has a beautiful full moon view! 🐚 It’s salty water is very healing. 👥 Can be busy in the weekends. Not many people are left after 6pm. ⛺️ You can see campers with their tents. Some stay for a night, some stay longer weeks. 🍴 People bring their own food and cook it. 🌱 Population is clean and respectful of the nature; everyone make sure there is no garbage left behind.

🌊 Salty water is very healing. 🧻 Downside... there is no toilet. 🚗 Nearest village is min 4km of rocky road away.

‼️ Recently we saw a signboard that says “private property”. Someone must’ve bought the whole bay. It’s a shame if they open a beach or beach club on this natural site. Because they almost always destroy nature. Hope this won’t be the case...

The water is very nice and crystal clear. Bring water shoes as entry to water and beach Isis rockey - smooth and flat. The water gets deep quickly.

Being an umbrella for the beach as you are in direct sun or you had up away from the beach to tree area. Also extra towels or blankets make sitting on the beach more pleasent. Bring strong string to secure umbrella to the rocks as wind can pick up suddenly
