Lova Hotel Spa Yalova — Attraction in Yalova Merkez

We checked into the hotel around 01:30 at night. At the reception, a well-informed gentleman greeted us when he spoke, in my opinion, with a rather unnecessary lavbali. Although I have my wife with me, it is the first time in my life that I go to the hotel and the location of the hotel. He says I remember you, you came before. Anyway, we didn't hang out because my wife and I noticed that the person was a business man. The room was sold to us as a sea view, let alone the sea, it does not even see the pool. We were taken to a room on the ground floor. But the payment was made as payment for a sea view room. We went straight to the room because we were road tired because we were going to sleep in a bed for the first time after 12 days of traveling with my wife. The morning breakfasts are quite weak, if the carbohydrate party is open, you will say that they showed their skills. Most, if not all, consist of prepared foods. Our idea of staying for 2 days changed after the first hours and we decided to go. We informed early that we were going out, but they asked us for the full price of the other passer-by. A gentleman, an accounting manager, returned to his room in a cool way, saying that he had to do this, saying that he had to make a discount, as if he was doing us a favor by making a discount, completely fake. While I was reserving the room, I made a reservation for 42m2 sea view, but dear hotel staff who allocated me a 20m2 ground floor room, I leave the matter to your discretion. I paid that money. But I believe you will pay a higher price for it. So I left with peace of mind. We booked this hotel, because of so many positive reviews. We were mostly disappointed. The good things about this hotel is that it has a nice inside swimming Pool, the temperature is just perfect, not too cold, not too hot. There was not so much choice in terms of food, but the food which was offered was always tasty. The sound of the frogs outside at night is very relaxing. Big swimming pool outside. However there not enough umbrellas and sun beds for everyone, when the hotel is full. ||||The big disadvantage of this hotel is that almost no one speaks english there, and most of the time are not interested to make an effort and try to understand you, as a foreign guest with no turkish knowledge you feel often ignored and left alone with your questions. in this hotel, i lost some personal stuff at the spa area, and when i asked for help, they just said, they do not understand. || I visited many different hotels in turkey, and I know what kind of service could be offered. And for the 4 stars hotel the service could be better. ||I would not recommend this hotel for people who do not speak...
