We paid 999.9 for the men's shoes, which is pricey even for an outlet, but we did not buy it as it is. We were going to run the case in the Consumer Court for 6 months for the 999.9 TL shoes that were torn in a week. They said that it is a company policy because it is an outlet which was not mentioned when we bought the product?!. (Is this policy only for citizens of Turkey?)
If we were the head office, we would reconsider this store and its management for damaging their reputation. We have the budget to buy a second pair of shoes this winter but what if we did not! Is the company gonna pay the cost of our time and the nerves that they gave us! We went to the Consumer Court and learned that it took at least 6 months to get our money back.
Running a store from a company with such a small-minded business. We bought a shoe from another high segment outlet store next year near this one, they switched it with another one without even a question in about seconds just because the size was not comfortable enough. So be careful...
