Jaca Gardens — Attraction in Gulu

Do NOT book this place, Its in a very bad neighborhood and security will be an extra cost, food is extremely overpriced and many menu items are not available. Booking for an event will be extremely corrupt also, management is prone to bait and switch tactics with heavy over promising and gross under delivery. The primary focus when engaging management seems to be how much money they can extract from you in the most petty and irrelevant ways. Anything agreed to should be sealed in writing because bond of word does not exist at this location. This place should not to be seriously considered as a venue for any type of engagement if you value honesty, transparency, integrity, and value for your money. NEVER pay any "deposit" for anything to this place. It will not be returned no matter what any policy they have decrees. Stay away and look elsewhere for your own...

I tried to book this venue for my friends wedding and it was the worse encounter I have ever had. Navigating the terrible road and arriving at the location in a very dark and sketchy neighborhood did not make anyone feel safe. The cost for booking was very high and manipulates you into thinking that you will receive world class service and what you get is the opposite. Not only was simply booking overpriced, each plate for over five hundred guests was 40K. This place is a pigs feeding drum of greed and disappointing service. They even had the nerve to ask for a deposit which I knew would never be returned if we changed our mind. You will feel as if you need a shower...

Ohh this place . I didnt expect to find in Gulu city, north of Uganda. Its a beautiful spacious place perfect for quiet sunday and events like team building..Great for family get away for only 360,000 ugx for 2 rooms, 1 master and 1 room with 2 single beds... very clean and lush in green. They also have a playground Great for your kids adventure... it can accommodate hundreds of individuals, youre not gonna scarce in chairs.. cool and fresh...
