First Impressions: A Renovated Maze

My maiden voyage to the revamped water park and food court was like stepping into a culinary labyrinth. The order system—order here, queue there—was inefficient, yet my hunger played hide-and-seek with the kitchen.

Hygiene? A mixed bag. Witnessing a server pluck a hotdog barehanded, then wipe her fingers on the storeroom wall, left me queasy. My appetite fled faster than a startled squirrel. The crunchy chicken was a safe bet as it took a swim in molten fats that should deal with the germs, but the hotdog needed sanitizer and exorcism with holy water.

💰 Pricey Bills, Slow Service, and Hidden Gems

Exorbitant prices and a "pay-for-all" policy left wallets gasping. The kitchen is not better than the gate. A 1.5 liter bottle of Rwenzori water goes for UGX 8,000, so better carry your travel mug, and the food is no better-if memory serves, UGX. 25,000 for a hotdog 🌭😱. You can guess the rest. Yesu! Story time, first things first, the rules! So many but I think that was thoughtful, because we felt secure all day. The price! no cap....its worth it though...now the slides, very creative, super fun, and it kept getting better and better as we kept trying new slides and tubes. It's good that they have different options with different speeds so the children are safe. There ate life guards at every point and every activity, I really loved that. The children are able to run around and still be safe. Also, they had a sound system and they would announce for a person in case they went far from their parents or colleagues. I liked this place very much. Its very clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and there's a definite health and safety feel about the place. The slides, wave machine, etc. Were a lot of fun. The one thing that let's this place down is the cafeteria. A lot of things listed on the menu were not available. A place like this and you can't even buy an ice cream!!! Really 25...
