The extremely beautiful church and Theatine monastery, located nearby, are considered to be one of the most valuable late Baroque monuments of the former Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. The church was built by order of the Potocki family in 1745-1769 in cooperation with Pinzel. In Soviet times, the church housed a vocational school for mechanics, and the interior of the shrine was barbarically destroyed.
