I visited RAK Karting today, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. First, there weren’t enough karts with the same horsepower for everyone, which made it impractical for larger groups to enjoy together.

Additionally, we had a major issue with the employee at the counter. They didn’t clearly explain all the rules regarding the offer we selected. After finishing our first round, we wanted to save the second round for another day, but they informed us that it had to be used on the same day. This crucial detail was not explained to us beforehand.

As college students with a curfew of 10 PM, it was already 9:30 when we finished, and we couldn’t stay for the second round. Even after escalating the matter to the general manager, Maxine, there was no resolution. The staff, including the manager, were unhelpful and unfriendly, which added to the negative experience.

Disappointing experience as always, I have been Karting at this Track since 2015, have an FIA licence and joined multiple championship and over qualifed to drive the rental karts they have, as always the staff is completely unrespectful especially Mr. Sajid and the track marshalls, I was given a kart with a blown up tyre and was shouted on because i was sliding over the track like it was my fault, Also I was coming to avial the birthday voucher but they said we don't have a voucher for you even though my birthday is this week and every year I receive it on time, Management of this track must change or it will keep going downwards, I promised them that this was the last time I visit this track and will continue doing my business in the well respected track in Karting town in Sharjah were I feel appreciated and respected as a returning customer that does karting more than twice week for the...
