Read moreThis beach park and staff is an absolute nightmare!!! We are three womans and our 10-year-old child came here on a Wednesday for a relaxing day, but it turned into a total disaster. Firstly we bought tickets at the counter as everyone, and when the guard checked them, he just tossed our receipt in the trash when I questioned him, he rudely said we didn't need it. Naively, I thought he must know better, being a staff member.
As we were applying sunscreen on the beach, out of nowhere, woman on a black scooter zooms up, screaming at us! She was so aggressive, accusing us of sneaking in with a child and threatening to call the police. Her aggresive scream attracted attention from everyone on the beach. She wouldn't leave us alone, even calling some other girls from staff in a car to kick us out. They agressivly informed us that apparently, today children boys aren't allowed. We explained we were tourists, it was our first time here, and nobody mentioned this rule when we bought the tickets. Moreover, the guard had thrown away our receipt, and these girls mentioned we should have kept it. But anyway I showed my bank account history.
They whisked away our mother and brother in their car, leaving my sister and me stranded in the scorching heat to walk back alone. Not only did we face embarrassment and inconvenience, but they also refused to refund our money, despite it being their mistake. And we weren't the only ones—they pulled the same scam on other families, too!
It's clear this Al Mamzar Beach Park is exploiting tourists for profit, which reflects poorly on the country's hospitality. And let me tell you, there are plenty of fantastic free beaches nearby with showers, toilets, and changing rooms, and they're not crowded at all.
Situations like these leave negative impressions about the country for tourists, and after experiences like this, returning to this country is the last thing...
Read moreMy recent visit to Al Mamzar Beach was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped onto the golden sands, I was transported to a paradise of natural beauty and serenity. Al Mamzar Beach offered an experience that was nothing short of perfection.
The highlight of my visit was, of course, taking a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear waters of the Arabian Gulf. The feeling of the warm sun on my skin, the gentle caress of the sea breeze, and the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore created a sense of tranquility that is hard to find elsewhere. The beach was pristine, and I couldn't help but be mesmerized by the sheer beauty of it all.
The park adjacent to the beach was another wonderful surprise. It was a lush oasis filled with vibrant greenery, colorful flowers, and shaded pathways. Strolling through the park, I felt like I had stepped into a hidden paradise within the bustling city. It was the perfect place to take a leisurely walk and soak in the beauty of nature.
The scenery at Al Mamzar Beach was simply breathtaking. The contrast of the turquoise sea against the backdrop of the Dubai skyline was a sight to behold. I couldn't resist taking numerous photos to capture the magical moments and share them with my friends and family.
However, the only drawback of my visit was the slightly expensive canteen. While I understand that maintaining such a pristine location requires funds, I hope they can find a way to make the dining options more budget-friendly for visitors in the future.
Despite this minor inconvenience, my visit to Al Mamzar Beach was a memorable and rejuvenating experience. It's a hidden gem in the heart of the city, offering a perfect blend of natural beauty and modern comfort. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle...
