I called Loco Bear (Sabrina) earlier to ask if the weekday prices were cheaper. She told me it was one fixed price. However, when I arrived on the weekend, a staff member named Quraishi showed us a combo that is actually cheaper during the weekdays. When I mentioned this, he said Sabrina was correct and that I hadn’t specifically asked about the combo — which wasn’t true, as my question was general. He was also giving misleading information and speaking in an unprofessional, mocking way. He even laughed and tried to push us toward a more expensive package, to which I said, “If you’ll pay half, then fine.”

Later, I spoke to the supervisor, Mr. Mohammed Ahmed. Unlike Quraishi, he was respectful, helpful, and patient. He took the time to explain the entire menu of activities clearly, which honestly isn’t easy to understand at first. He didn’t just help us — I noticed he was assisting everyone. He really worked hard and deserves recognition for his attitude and professionalism.

We then went to eat at the upstairs lounge. I have a medical condition and can’t go upstairs without a lift, but we managed to get up. Once we sat down, Amelia told us the tables were reserved — even though they were all empty. She eventually seated us at a table that was unstable and kept moving. Thankfully, the supervisor returned us to the original table.

The food was delicious, but the portions were small for the price. The bathroom, on the other hand, was extremely dirty. When we asked where we could make ablution, Amelia (who mentioned she was new) called an Indian manager for help. Unfortunately, when she opened the door, he saw our uncovered hair — something that goes against our religious beliefs. The supervisor said he would try to find a better solution.

We went to pray, but the prayer room was extremely small — more like a laundry space, split into male and female areas with no real privacy. The divider didn’t even go all the way up, which made it uncomfortable. I really hope the place can start lowering the music volume during prayer time out of respect for those who wish to pray.

Finally, I want to give a big thank you to the staff member working at the slime station between 4–5 PM. I didn’t catch his name, but he clearly loves what he does. He was kind, helpful, and engaged with the kids in a great way.

Thank you for taking the time to read this. I truly hope these comments help improve the experience. I genuinely love the concept of Loco Bear, and would really love to...

Had my child’s birthday party here on Saturday. Party host was amazing and if it wasn’t for her the whole thing would have fell apart. Parking situation is horrific. My guests were 30/40 min late because of it. To exit it was taking 1 hour to retrieve your car and the poor valet guys were getting screamed at when it’s management to blame.

Booking the party was a nightmare. I was told different prices by so many different people. Back and forth over what’s app was just not good. I asked for popcorn this was ignored then the handing out of kids meals, they gave to the wrong kids which meant we had missing meals. The had my list of names and choices 5 days in advance!!

At the end the kids needed water but the water they had , had been thrown away then they refused to give the kids more. Finally after I argued they gave more water.

After the party room allocation of 30 minutes we had to vacate immediately but the kids still had one hour because of the delay of parking. I had all the gifts and cake and I couldn’t get my car. They were expecting me to just stand with all this stuff when I had to look after my kids and monitor parents picking kids up at the same time. Finally they allowed me to leave the items but it was in a corner not even safe!

I also wanted to pay for all the parents to have one drink but they told me I can’t have a tab so this was impossible to go around and buy each person a drink plus manage the kids. Most parties allow you to open a tab and pay at the end! After all my bill still needed settled for the party so I don’t see why this couldn’t have been managed.

Too many people inside and too many parties which caused it to be very chaotic and I’m not surprised someone didn’t get hurt or lost. Not enough space for the adults to sit. The organisation is severely lacking.

I understand it’s a new venue but for the price you are charging it’s not really acceptable. It doesn’t take a genius to work out that the parking situation is clearly going to cause major problems.

I don’t think I will be back , well certainly not on a weekend if this is the ongoing issue with the parking and the organisation inside the venue.

Party room balloons were very lovely and the room was nice.

Shout out to the party host who if it wasn’t for her then I would have been very unhappy to settle the bill at the price I was...

I’m writing to express my frustration with the experience I had at Loco Bear while organizing my son’s birthday party - an event that was meant to be joyful but turned out to be deeply disappointing and full of stress due to mismanagement of this company!

We had specifically booked and confirmed a larger party room to accommodate our guests, we were shocked to be informed that we were to be assigned a much smaller room- completely unsuitable for the number of guests! This instantly ruined the excitement of the party and turned it into a stressful situation for us as host.

Upon arrival , only one small cart was placed at the entrance to both welcome guests and collect the gifts, which ended up being crammed together alongside everyone’s shoes. It gave a very poor first impression and lacked the thoughtfulness you’d expect for a children’s birthday celebration.

To make matters worse, only one host was assigned to the entire party. She was responsible for writing the kids’ names, running after them to manage the activities, and organizing the food - all at the same time. It was entirely unreasonable for one person to handle everything!

After a lot of running around and repeated complaints, a different room was finally assigned- but this was only towards the end of the party. Even then, the room still had remnants from the previous event, including leftover decorations and an untidy setup.

The overall experience was deeply disappointing, and what should have been a happy memory for our family became a frustrating and stress-full and unorganized event.

No parent should have to face this level of disorganization on such an important day.

If there was negative star - I would give that to this terrible place...

The overall concept of Loco Bear is great — it’s a fun place with activities for all ages, which is exactly what we were looking for. But unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to expectations because of how poorly the place is managed. We started at the trampoline area, but they told us our nanny wasn’t allowed to assist the kids unless we paid for her as a player. She wasn’t going to play — just help the kids — but they still refused. So we said fine, and moved the kids to the soft play area where she was allowed to be with them. We followed their rules, no issues, but the way it was communicated felt cold and unwelcoming. Later on, while I was trying to ask one of the staff members a few questions, she completely ignored me and kept talking to her manager — in another language — clearly about us. That felt very rude and disrespectful. In the slime room, there was only one employee handling everything — kids, families, the whole activity — and it was chaos. We waited way too long. I had to go find the manager myself and ask him to send someone else to help so the kids could actually enjoy it. It honestly felt like I was doing his job. And just before closing, one of the staff told the kids, “Okay, enough playing, we’re going to turn off the lights.” Seriously? It was so rude and unnecessary. The kids left upset and said they never want to go back. I paid 500 dirhams for two hours, and sadly, we didn’t enjoy it at all. The place has potential, but the way it’s run completely ruins the experience. I wouldn’t recommend it unless major improvements are made in management and staff training.
