We had so much fun driving around Jebel Hafeet Desert Park, exploring the glamping bubble tents, the wadi and eventually ending up at the Beehive Tombs.
You can get really close to the structures and they have been well restored. There is something so powerful about seeing a tomb that would have been seen with eyes over 5,000 years ago.
The tombs sit at the base of Jebel Hafeet, right next to a large naturally formed alcove (worth checking out, the formations are beautiful and its offers some well needed shade!)
We drove around the site in a 4x4, you could probably do it in a regular car but it might be a bumpy ride!
Lots of toilets dotted throughout the site but no food and drink outlets (that we saw).
