As a loyal and long-time patron of your cinema, I would like to offer some constructive feedback with the hope of enhancing the overall customer experience.

In today’s fast-evolving digital landscape, it is important to periodically upgrade technology—particularly in consumer-facing businesses. I would like to suggest an enhancement to your online booking system. Currently, the website allows only limited advance booking for movie tickets. I believe it would greatly benefit your customers if bookings were allowed up to a week in advance. Additionally, for major releases or special screenings, it would be helpful to open bookings as early as the release schedule allows.

Another suggestion is to consider increasing the number of evening showtimes. At the moment, the available slots are quite limited, and providing more options would give your patrons greater flexibility.

During my most recent visit, I also noticed that some of the cinema seats had broken armrests. Regular maintenance of the facilities will go a long way in maintaining a high standard of comfort and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This theatre is in need of updating - especially considering the price for a movie ticket that is comparable to the prices you'd pay at a big Cineplex theatre on the mainland. But, usually not busy so often guaranteed to find a good seat :) projection is good, but sound quality is very poor. If you are an enthusiast of vfx and special sounds effects, not recommending oscar cinemas. Snacks are rated overpriced or near to similar comparing with other theaters in town.
