Frustrating Experience with Sharjah Municipality – Unacceptable Delay in Refund! I am beyond frustrated with Sharjah Municipality’s handling of my refund issue. Over a month ago, one of my payments was declined due to a website issue, yet the amount was deducted from my account. Despite waiting patiently, my money has still not been refunded!

I have provided every single document they requested—including my bank statement, receipts of both failed and successful transactions, refund form from the building office, a letter from my bank confirming both transactions, my rental agreement, credit card details, and yet nothing has been done!

I have sent 9-10 emails asking for a resolution, but the responses from the team have been repetitive. Instead of providing a proper solution, they keep asking for the same documents over and over again, dragging the process endlessly.

This level of inefficiency and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable. How can a government body operate like this? If this is how they handle a simple refund, I can only imagine the struggles people face for bigger issues.

I have logged my complain to Sharjah municipality transaction #392743 for giving me parking fine even though I have a disability under my son who is (Autistic )and the information was send to Sharjah municipality on the 5th Dec,2022 . There were couple of people for their dept. contacted me but they don't know exactly to solve my issue . I'm still waiting but no any response from them when they call they say big manager will deciding dose it take so long when the evidence was send to them through email with all explanation.
