The Sharjah National Park is a very good park in Sharjah. This attraction is one of the most popular parks in Sharjah for more reasons than one, especially owing to its massive size of 630,000 m2! Given the fact that this is a public park, locals, as well as tourists, come here to engage in activities such as picnics and daily strolls. Spread across approximately 156 acres, the Sharjah National Park is the largest park in Sharjah with ONLY 2 AED ENTRY Fees. Amenities, highlights and services within the national park Sharjah include: Designated Barbeque areas Picnic tables and marked spots A kids playground replete with rope ladders, a jungle gym, slides and a lot more. A small mosque and praying rooms Rest rooms A duck pond A giant slide Cycling tracks A miniature city with models of prominent landmarks of Sharjah city. Everyone is welcomed in the park, but it is mostly families that you will spot in here. There are a few restrictions along with a code of conduct board displayed on the entrance gate and every term on condition on that must be adhered to. A lot of recreation to look forward to here, however, bear in mind that sports like football are not permitted in here. This is not dog-friendly park, so remember to consider this before you think of taking your four-legged friend here. All in all, one gem of Sharjah that has been trusted by families for the ultimate evening recreation. It is old and only seems to get better with time. Lots of lush greenery and calm to soothe your senses with!

I recently visited Sharjah National Park, and it’s one of the most peaceful and well-maintained green spaces in the UAE. Spread over a large area, the park offers a perfect mix of open lawns, shaded walking paths, and beautifully landscaped gardens. The air feels fresh, and the wide spaces make it a great place for families, joggers, and anyone who just wants to enjoy nature away from the city’s busy pace. There are dedicated play areas for kids, complete with slides and swings, as well as plenty of benches and shaded spots for relaxing. The picnic areas are clean and well-organized, making it an ideal spot for spending a lazy afternoon with friends or family. I especially liked the walking tracks surrounded by trees — they give you a real sense of calm and are great for morning or evening strolls. The park is very clean, with good facilities like restrooms and prayer rooms, and there’s ample parking space. However, it can get a bit busy during weekends and public holidays, so visiting on a weekday is even more peaceful. The entry fee is minimal and totally worth it for the quality of the environment. Sharjah National Park is a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy a quiet picnic, a family outing, or simply a walk in beautifully maintained greenery. It’s one of those rare places where you can slow down, breathe, and truly appreciate nature.
