Stunning nature reserve with fine coastal views and mountain scenery, and the location of the beautiful Aber Falls waterfall. One of the best circular walks I've done. A good path leads to the waterfall, passing through lush, almost tropical feeling woodland. A little way along the trail there's a small visitor hut, with information about the area's geography and history, and a model of the landscape. There are even some prehistoric stone age landmarks to see along the way. The trail continues on a full circular walk, heading uphill with the reward of sweeping views over Anglesey. At the time of my visit, parking was £5 for the day, plenty of spaces were available early on a weekday morning, but the waterfall can get much busier on weekends. To see the waterfall in the best light, I'd recommend an evening visit; the sun rises behind the mountains so in the morning, the waterfall is...

We had a lovely time visiting Aber Falls and exploring the river that flows from it. The walk up to the waterfall is about 1.4 miles along a well-maintained path with absolutely breathtaking views. It’s also stroller and wheelchair friendly, which makes it accessible for most visitors.

The falls themselves are stunning and well worth the effort. Since it’s a popular spot, especially during the summer holidays, it can get quite busy, and parking becomes a challenge. The pay-and-display car park costs £5, but many cars were parked wherever space could be found.

Overall, a beautiful place to visit for families, walkers, and anyone who enjoys nature...

A beautiful place to walk. Good facilities - car parking, and public toilets. Minimal charge for car park (around £2 all day) goes straight back into the Aber community. The path up to the falls is suitable for slightly tougher prams. It's just shy of 2 miles. You can take two different routes...The easier along the main path, and a more challenging route through the woods...this is clearly sign posted from the main path.

There is plenty to see along the way...The river, plenty of trees and plants, some horses, and a weather station (if that's your thing). And a bonus...very patchy mobile signal so...

A good one for a long walk and experience a picturesque green with mountain views. A dog friendly and push chair friendly path if you start from upper car park. The parking is £5 all day accepts only coins but a limited space with upper and lower parking sites, so lots people park on road side if you are going on a weekend or busy day expect this. The falls is really beautiful and very rock surface. The view from the top right hill view is the place for great pics. You don't have picnic benches but you can choose some place for packed lunches.
