I lived in the building in the 70s when it was a girls school - Clarendon - the building and interiors were lovely tho the school itself was a bit severe. It had formal gardens at the back where we used to have picnics in summer. It had I think 200 acres of land though the A55 expansion has taken some of it. There was an old well we called the Miracle Well as it was reputed to have healing properties.
