Drove from Keswick past the Derwent water marina and through Stair following signs to Buttermere on to a fabulous winding country road that takes you within 250 yds of this lovely waterfall where there is a free parking area. The parking area also serves as an easier half mile walk to Knott Rigg. The path to Moss Force is narrow and stoney and is an easy walk but not suitable for push chairs.The path splits into 2 half way up with the left fork going lower falls and the right to the top falls.
