Great little beach along this part of the coast, but it looks like it disappears pretty much totally at high tide, so check the tide times. Apart from during high tide there is a reasonable amount of beach, and once the tide is fully out there is a good stretch of golden sand, rock pools, etc. There is also a historic man-made cave up on the cliffs to your left when facing the sea. Access is not for the faint-hearted, though, and probably impossible for anyone with mobility problems due to the lack of proper steps on the final section of the descent. Seaton would be a better choice if this sounds like it would apply to you. Parking is available in a car park immediately...

Suggest you arrive earlyish as the car park is limited spaces. Mobile signal to pay via Just park is best near to the roadside, in the car park is a dead zone. Suggest you pay an hour and top up if you find a spot on beach. I'm with EE and easily got mobile signal from the beach to top up parking.
Walk to the beach via a path which I recommend trainers and not flip flops or bare feet.
