I would've rated zero but there was no option for this. I booked for adventure golf and jumping pillows for my sons birthday back in February and was not expecting the rain to continue and be torrential at times. As these are outdoor activities I called twice to see if I can change the date or activity as I am concerned about my son and other children getting colds if they are exposed to that amount of rain for too long. I understand that they are both all weather activities however, with the rain being so bad I was hoping that they would be accommodating in a request to change date at least. How wrong I was, not only did I not receive a confirmation email regarding my booking, I was told that nothing can be done at all. I would lose my money or risk children's health by allowing them to get soaked right through. As one of the children were unable to make it, I also asked if there was anyway of getting a voucher or money back, again I was told that was not possible. The customer service of the centre needs to be addressed. I work in hospitality and would bend over backwards to ensure I at least try and compromise with the customer if they had any concerns or requests. But again I understand it's a management decision. Let's just hope the kids enjoy golf and jumping pillows in the pouring rain and hope that they don't get too ill.
