✨ Family Fun at @Jimmy’s Farm & Wildlife Park ! ✨ We had the best day exploring Jimmy’s Farm together—and guess what? It’s dog-friendly! 🐾 Maggie was living her best life sniffing her way around the farm. 🐶 Arthur had so much fun in his @Out n About meeting all the animals, especially the real reindeer! 🦌 He even brought along his favorite toy reindeer to join in the fun 💕 Such a lovely family day out filled with fresh air, animal adventures, and lots of laughs. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great place to bring the little ones and your furry friends! 🐕👶 #JimmysFarm #FamilyDayOut #DogFriendlyDays #ToddlerAdventures #LabLife #familyday #dogfriendly #toddlerfriendly #toddlermum #dogmum #suffolk #jimmysfarm #comewith #familyfriendly #farm #familytime #toddler #toddlerlife #familylife #dogsday #dogsdayout #blacklab #blacklabrador #blacklabsquad

This is almost a victim of its own success! We went on one of the Christmas days with Santa, Elves, etc, to see. The queue to get in was deplorable. It took longer to get in once I parked the car than it did to drive there. This could have been sped up by having more staff on the gates. Having a good past that the day went very well, and everyone had a great day. Tge prices are steep for what is on offer, but it's the 'what you see that costs that money. There are stamps to collect on the way round, which keeps the little ones engaged. The site is well laid out but is absolutely definitely not disabled friendly. It's far too steep and muddy in places. I saw many a buggy get bogged down and mud inches deep. One of the stamps required at the shire horse area could have been moved as it was literally 4 inches of wet deep mud around it. Many unhappy children left disheartened on not being able to get to. The remaining polar bear was a sight to see, but the layout of the viewing areas meant unless you got there at the exact right time, you'd miss seeing her. The artic wolves looked like sheep in a distant field. I do understand that their enrichment is paramount. However, if you can not see animals other than domestic uk ones, then you would not recommend or revisit. On the whole, we did enjoy the day out, but even with dragging it out, letting the kids play for ages on the play areas, we were done in under3 hours so not great value for money. I would recommend visiting, but don't expect to see a vast array of animals. Odd pens will pigs a sheep seems to be the normal wat of things. You will get muddy, very, very muddy! Several cars got stuck in the car park and had to be dragged out.

My wife and I went to Jimmy's Wildlife and Farm Park on Friday 23rd of August 2024, travelled for 3 hours 45 minutes from The Forest of Dean, absolutely worthwhile, we arrived 15 minutes before opening and left 10 minutes before closing. Our children are all grown up, but it was great to see so many youngsters playing and having fun, the giant pillow was packed with fun and laughter, as were the other play areas, there were plenty of grassed areas and picnic areas for sitting and eating. We got to see all the animals in superb surroundings, feeding some and interacting with those that we could. Managed to see Diego, The Brown Bear enjoying playing and swimming, the Arctic Wolves and Polar Bears getting excited at feeding time too, a truly amazing day, the staff were friendly and very approachable, the food and entry fee really good and affordable. Children invested in the talks, as were the adults. As country folks we can appreciate what all the staff have to do and in all weather's, it is amazing that many of these animals would have not had a life if they had not been relocated to Jimmy's Wildlife and Farm Park, it must be at a considerable cost, I take my hat off to Jimmy and ALL his team for making a great habitat, the world needs more like this to care for life that would otherwise not exist, remember these animals, the park, the staff, including veterinary costs, must be huge, and I am sure the park is constantly making changes for the better and looking to the future. We had an amazing day and will travel across the country to enjoy the experience again in the future. A huge THANKYOU to everyone at Jimmy's Wildlife and Farm Park, loved it from start to finish.

Well, I have visited lots of Wildlife reserves and animal places, zoo`s and Nature reserves, because I am a Wild Life Photographer, now this is my honest opinion on Jimmys Farm. Do not listen to moans about Jimmys Farm, the work and care that has gone into Jimmys Farm is outstanding, all the Animals are fantastic with massive enclosures, I felt very relaxed and content here even the little deer wanted me to make a fuss of it. Where else are you going to walk in beautiful surroundings and see so many Animals for £17.50 for adults, My Wife and I absolutely loved our day out here, the woodland walk is peaceful and if you take your time you can see the Birdlife in the trees and the different plants too, its not just about the viewing of dinosaurs etc, there is far more to see if you look. What a credit to Jimmy and his dedicated team this is, Thank you to you all. Updated 31/10/23 After a further visit to Jimmys Farm on the 30th, Oct, 2023 we had another fantastic day out, Jimmys Farm is now even bigger, and with the introduction of the Polar Bear, it was absolutely awesome to watch her, She rolled in the grass which is a sign of being happy and scent marking. Thank you Jimmy for rescuing her, the only other option was unthinkable for a perfectly healthy animal, im sure with the benefit of being in such a lovely place and with excellent care she will live for many years to come. I highly recommend a trip to Jimmys Farm, with the addition of dogs being welcome too, it is now our favourite place to visit. Thank you to all the hard work everyone does to make this place such a joy to visit.

A few exotic animals along with farm animals , picnic areas and play areas for the kids , restaurant and gift/toy shop , woodland walk with den building. Great place for children , you might want to wear Wellington boots if its been raining as the pathways can get quite muddy. At the entrance you can buy a bag of food for £1so you can feed the farm animals , I would recommend this as its good fun feeding the animals , especially for young children , there are plenty of hand washing stations along the way so its totally safe⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review for restaurant, The food was great quality, I had Lamb stew , very tasty and filling , the service was not so good , we ordered 4 drinks and 4 meals , the meals took at least 30 minutes to come out to us (its a small menu and should be a quick turn around) I had to remind the waitress we had ordered drinks , they arrived half way through eating our meal , we were asked if we wanted a dessert , the menu was given to us , after waiting 20 minutes (the restaurant was NOT busy at this time) we decided to give the dessert a miss !! when paying we wanted to split the bill between 2 couples , my friend paid on her card , I paid cash , I was short changed buy £5 , I told the cashier my change was not correct , she stared at the till and gave me £2 , I told her again it was not correct , she again stared at the till and I explained what money I had given her and what my correct change should of been , she eventually gave me the correct change . overall not a great experience ⭐⭐⭐
