Spent a couple of hours here this afternoon with my son who’s 3, we had a walk around then popped over the road to buy some bread before returning to feed the ducks. I have used this car park before around 6/7 years ago as a place to eat my lunch but never walked around before today. It could do with a bit of a refresh to be honest. It’s a lovely little place on the water with all the swans, ducks etc but it would benefit from a clean up and some paint. Be aware there are separate entrance and exit points to the car park from the road!

Lovely little 'oasis' I stumbled only a minutes drive from Thorpe Park Resort. A little island on the side of the river Thames connected by a wooden walkway bridge to the small car park adjacent to the road. On a sunny day endearing to see families with kids feeding the swans, ducks and pigeons. And there is a lot of them. Serene and beautiful. Enjoy:) Btw if this review was helpful please consider tapping the like button below ;) Tx.

I just love it here!!! So many happy memories! I am truly blessed to be able to call this my local area. Just a two minute walk away from my partners. You can feed the many many mute swans, Egyptian Greece, mallards and pink footed geese. There are picnic tables and lots of green areas for children to play. There is an Asda garage just across the road for supplies snacks and drinks. Just a lovely little gem of a place

It is such a beautiful, quiet place, there are a lot of benches with table, perfect place for picnic. There is plenty of parking spaces. There is a Asda petrol station nearby where we bought bread to feed duck and swans. We took some rice as well which pigeons loved. My daughters loved the duck feeding experience. They also stepped on duck poos 😬, its good that they were wearing wellies, easier to wash. Be careful for toddlers, its an island. Overall will come again. I am not posting any photos as the photos posted by other...
