Beautiful woods and deceptively large! Made up of Gill Wood, Jerrison Wood and another I don’t know the name of.

Access to the river and canal, plus there’s a beck, lovely views and stunning trees. On-street parking on station road as the visitor car park seems to be closed now.

Hilly, with loads of trails it’s used for MTB and walkers alike and is a good workout whichever your preferred activity. It can get muddy! No toilets or café etc on site, just...

Great place for a walk. Dogs love it. There are sometimes horses. Various routes you can do with slightly different terrains but most have a few hills and water spots which are great. You can walk through to esholt from rawdon, or over the Guiseley or even to Apperley Bridge, so...

So many memories here in esholt. Some people use esholt for family walks however they may encounter a drunken teen in every other direction especially in the summer months....
