Probably the most accessible of the top highlights of the Shetland Islands, Noss Nature Reserve boasts incredible bird cliffs with about 13700 pairs of gannets (2019) and numerous other birds. There's great views out to sea and over basicly the whole of Shetland too.
Take the ferry from Lerwick to Bressay and get across the island to the Noss ferry pier. There, the park ranger in a small zodiac will ferry up to five persons at a time for £5 per person. This is done on demand (i.e. just wait at the pier) on most days depending on the weather (it might be wise to check online beforehand).
