Caerau Fort

Not what it used to be many years ago they had football/rugby/activities for children and families. Youth centre, breakfast an after school club. Still big fields and bike ramp for kids along with the park down the bottom. Car park avalible and ideal for family , dog walks even up to the woods. Can have your own fun with a pack lunch an warm day. Wouldn't advise to go over by the river there are paths for safty leading you in and out of the woods. Walk/jog to llandough hospital. High schhol, woodlands is SEN school and disabilities . Trelia nursery and primary school . Used to be a secondary school high school.

Same council stopped all this as kids and communities could interact with other and there children an had a plce to go, rather than being board hanging around . Welsh assembly needs to put the money in the pot and start all activities and after clubs/school holidays back.
