lovely walk with the dog, cows out on the top filed in the summer months so keep dogs on the lead but able to walk all the way down to the old beehive pub cross over and you can walk over the filds behind .. few other public walks if you head up over the hill to the famers cottage say hello to the friendly chickens as we do and follow the path around its a lovely and peaceful walk with the dog.

Great greenery by Greenstead. Great to just sit in and watch the surrounding area. Also great to watch the sun set from. I would highly recommend this place to those that like to get away and have a bit of peace and quiet with a beautiful view. I've also seen some cows in the fields now and then, there is definitely evidence of them being around...💩

Salary brook is a beautiful place to visit. It has 3 large ponds. Which are fished and are home to swans. It also has a play area which is very safe for the children to play on. I used to take my daughter there and we had such fun😀💗there are also walks along the fields and along the front which is pathed. Highly recommended. Very peaceful.

this is a lovely little oasis that borders the Bromley Road and Avon Way at the very bottom of Greenstead estate, you can walk from the Bromley Road right up to clingo hill the Essex University sits there’s a Brook that runs the length of the walk and is very pleasant indeed with lots of interesting insects and in the summer months you can see crane flies and dragonflies and lots of toads and frogs this is a lovely unspoiled area not sure how long for though with all the building work that’s going on such a shame if this...
