Cirencester Skatepark — Attraction in Cotswold District

Absolute nonsense. Drove an hour from Abingdon with three kids with scooters to get here to find no scooters allowed on the concrete park?? I'd love someone to give me a valid reason as to why they won't allow them but allow skateboards BMX and rollerblades?? Have visited plenty of other concrete skateparks that have no restrictions and never seen any issues. Skate snobbery...

Beware, we drove all the way from Marlborough to the Cotswolds best skate park only to see no scooters allowed. Kids gutted. They could use the metal skate park behind a building but it was nothing out of the ordinary, they preferred the one in Marlborough which is better suited to younger kids. One of the best skateparks in the county for sure, well laid out, features not too cramped. Spotlit in the evenings, very friendly local crowd and usually not too busy.

Parking is plentiful.

Most importantly, no scooters, a massive massive plus and something I wish more...
