During my recent visit to Pembrokeshire, I had the pleasure of exploring the iconic St. Ann's Head Lighthouse, and it truly was a remarkable experience. This historic landmark stands proudly atop a rugged cliff, overlooking the stunning coastline. The location of the lighthouse is simply breathtaking. Perched on the edge of the cliff, it offers panoramic views of the surrounding sea and landscape. The rugged beauty of the Pembrokeshire coastline, combined with the dramatic cliffs and crashing waves, creates a mesmerizing atmosphere that is truly unforgettable. St. Ann's Head Lighthouse offers visitors the chance to learn about the maritime history of the area. The onsite visitor center provides informative displays and exhibits that delve into the rich maritime heritage, showcasing artifacts, photographs, and stories from the past. It's worth noting that access to the lighthouse may be limited at times due to weather conditions or preservation efforts. Toilets: yes, public toilet available at the site Parking: Yes, dale beach car park, with ample amount of parking

The old lighthouse (black) has been turned into the holiday let, but at the moment it’s for sale. Currently The new lighthouse at St. Ann’s Head is the white one, which is next to the holiday cottage we have stayed. It’s the working light house. We are very lucky to stay here. The Pembrokeshire coast path is right outside of the cottage we have stayed. The land is on the private property, you can’t drive here unless you’re one of the guests staying in the holiday cottage, but you can’t drive walk here to see the lighthouse on the Pembrokeshire coast path from Dale. The view here is amazing.

As others have said, the signage is attempting to discourage access. No reason to abide by the signs tho. There's turning, passing, public footpaths. Private land, is simply unkempt land. The grass is deep and thick and heathy, so probably want proper shoes/trousers or wellys if you want to walk in it. All barriers are barely a hindrance. Also the siren room is interesting, it's got all the old equipment in there, clearly non functioning now, and there's a sign claiming that you might be randomly deafened (not possible)

It's an iconic building in a great location. However the bedrooms and the leisure facilities are best described as put together by bodgit and son. Maybe 35 years ago. There is a completely useless roll top bath which it's impossible to use safely.. One of the showers is prostatic. Hesitation. Dribbling and poor stream. About 30 years too old.... We did enjoy it but we have a holiday villa for ten renting for the same price. We wouldnt dream of letting it out in the condition those parts of the lighthouse are in. I wager that the owners have not slept in the musty bedroom at the bottom of the...
