If you are looking for a nice and quiet beach that is out of the way forget it. It was rammed with irritating people who had zero sense of personal space or respect. The problem is it’s a small beach and with the internet everybody knows where everything is. The beach was full of people who were not watching their dogs or kids and had no respect for anyone else. Bloody litter everywhere as well. It winds me up how people behave in shared public spaces. In the summer you are better off going to a huge beach like Tenby because at least you can create a bit of distance from others. In terms of the beach, the sand was black, which absorbed heat and was therefore very warm to lay on - I assume it was slate based. However, it also looks sort of dirty when wet although it was not really dirty at all. A bit different, but think I prefer...

This beach was a very pleasant surprise. It has a good sized parking area complete with toilets and a cafe bar adjacent to the carpark. The slightly dark sandy beach has views out towards Fishguard. If you're up for a walk from here, then there's ample coastal paths leading around Dinas headland with views out to sea. Look out for dolphins.

We came here to explore the coastline by canoe. There were plenty of inlets to investigate and we found a secluded beach not far away West to stop off for a break on. Beautiful scenery and we'll definitely be back again to...

A lovely beach, has a small public car park and toilets. Plus a pub that serves food and drink - do check website for opening times especially in this Covid era. Didn't take photos in the day, rather took photos of the sunset - stunning and magical time to be there to witness such majesty. Sorry to sounds over the top but you just have to go there to get the feeling I got :-) Enjoy the...

What a lovely gem of a beach. Tiny car park so doesn't get too crowded (CAMPERVANS beware, no overnight stays by there is a place up the road for just £8 per night) The Old Sailors pub is cracking, what ever season, and the food is delicious, freshly cooked menu that may be small in choice..but perfectly formed (who wants a vast menu when it's all sat in a freezer anyway?)
