Really nice area to visit. I love to just walk along the coast, there's plenty of wildlife to enjoy if that's what you're going for. For me, the best thing is the peace and tranquility. Only downside - being isolated, there's nothing in the way of facilities, so if there's anything you're going to need, you need to take it with you.. especially something to drink on a warm day... The parking is good, but paying can be a little tricky, especially the first time you do it. You'll need a mobile and a credit/debit card. Also, if you're tasty to insects, be aware they do get a little hungry at times, so you might want to do something to...

Great place to take a walk with the dog. Was a little confused about the parking situation and costing. Also, someone had let their dog off the lead. It was running all over the place when it first ran by us. It had a dead rabbit in its mouth and blood all over it. The next time we came across still with no owner in site, the rabbit was gone and the dog was covered in mud. I just wish that people would think before letting their dog off the lead in these areas. There is wildlife in these areas. Reserves are there to protect them, not for your dog to run around after them. There are plenty of other...

My first time there and found it a very relaxing place to visit.. plenty of parking available, currently charging £1;50 as a voluntary payment to Lincolnshire wildlife trust. The park has well maintained paths suitable for all, and for the more abled there are steps to viewing platforms built on the higher dunes with lovely views across the marshes. I spent almost 2 hours there wandering around and will have to go back as there is so much of our natural life to see and admire here. Anyone visiting here, whatever the weather you will not be disappointed on your trip to Rimac...

What a beautiful atmospheric place! Has a delightful walk to the beech, although you wouldn't want to swim there! When you reach the beech to the one side is an old tank if the WWW2 era I'm told slowly dissolving into the sand as it rusts away. Lovely mounds to climb and watch the sunset as well as places to sit and meditate or watch the night sky. Even comets which is what we were doing.
