A wonderful tale of a really dedicated project to bring back a fascinating building from the verge of oblivion. One of the three wings has been restored and the trust has set up excellent collaborations with, for example, educational establishments. There was a group of young people learning conservation techniques while I was there. Free refreshments provided. I was a little disappointed that it wasn't possible to see the inside of the house.

What a fascinating place and what a collossal project. A group of us visited here. The lady who showed us round was very knowledgeable and interesting. We had a lovely cream tea in the haunted dining room (although there were no manifestations whist we were there!).

We managed to get as close to Sinai house as possible, was interesting to see. Looking forward to when it is open to the public. We then went for a walk around Sinai woods which the kids really enjoyed.

My nan and grandad went to the ghost walk here tonight here that was supposed to be scary but unfortunately it wasn’t.

However the pro was that someone came in for her a relative she didn’t know about that was an aunt from Canada and moved to Australia as children. But I don’t think we will be returning to this...
