My oh my. My budding herpetologist (9yr old boy, made about all reptiles) had the best day ever. Smooth Snake, Grass Snake, Sand Lizard and Common Lizard in addition to Smooth Newts, Palmate Newts, (possibly a Pool Frog) Common Frogs and a Common Toad in just a couple of hours. This is a nature lovers paradise. We also saw a Field Mouse and some Sika Deer. Will...

A bit over grown - fallen branches blocking path. Hide doesn't appear to have been maintained and viewing area overgrown (water not there!). Number of different route markers making circular route unclear ( Got lost and I pride myself in being able to navigate). However, highlight, came across what appeared to be 3no....
