Just returned from a wonderful day attending the Dracula Walk,we had such an amazing time, and a big thank-you to Matt,Paul and all the volunteers for making the day so special,the walk was so informative,it was so well organised,a really lovely welcoming as we walked in the door,everyone is so lovely here,they all go above and beyond to help you enjoy your time here,the Museum has so much history,it has a lovely cafe where you can get hot and cold drinks and snacks by the lovely volunteers,it is definitely worth a visit,always 5 stars from us,we are looking forward to visiting...
   Read moreMy parents and my husband and I went on the first Ghost and Folklore walk last night and it was brilliant. Paul and Ollie were really informative, friendly and funny. The walk itself was lovely. I learned a lot of new things about Purfleet. The centre itself is FULL of historical artefacts and information. You could spend hours in there. We plan to go back soon, and on every tour they have haha. Thanks for having us and being an asset to the community with volunteering your time to keep this place going.

   Read moreThis is quite frankly a remarkable museum hidden away in in the small village of Purfleet. It's absolutely packed to the rafters with memorabilia from wars, local history and various other unrelated entities. We used the visit to kill off a spare hour but ended up needing at least 2.5 to complete it and had to come back on another occasion. The only criticism I would make is the lack of opening hours. I guess it comes down to volunteer availability but it would be nice to see it open Saturday's. The price is well...
