One of the best car experiences I've ever been too! Went here for my brother's birthday and it was smashing! What's on: The santa pod raceway has a range of cars, hot rods, dragsters, funky cars are different motorbikes, racking up mph easily over 100. You can see them up close (and talk to the team and drivers!!) and watch them from the hill or the grandstand pelting it down the runway. We were lucky enough to also see the monster truck event next door to the raceway too. This is a separate ticket you need to pay for, either online or on the day. The monster truck event was mental! The trucks had a course where they had to crush cars, caravans and a bus. There was also a daredevil quad biker who did some daring jumps to catch some shirts for the crowd. Recommendations: -Get to the event early to really catch all the action. -Different times of the year there are different events (we went in the summer). -MAKE SURE you bring your own food or leave to buy food from shops outside the event. The food is STUPIDLY overpriced, a 99p flake is something like Β£4! There's a reason it's called flake 99! Bring noise cancelling ear buds because the raceway can get really loud! This is an awesome day out for car/speed lovers, for all ages.

Another fantastic visit to the pod for the euro finals this weekend. Tried out the open suite hospitality this year. By far worth the extra money than the other packages. Perfect vantage point to see the cars do their burnouts and from the start line all the way to the finish. The fireforce rocket dragsters are eveb more impressive this close up as they shake you as they fire up and edge to the start. So much so this time they Damaged 2 windows. The staff in that hospitality were a credit to Santa pod from the helpful young lady who sorted out all our beers and provided me with plasters when I managed to cut my hand, to the bar staff and waitresses in the food marquee. Will definitely be back to that hospitality as we've been to all the others. Then we seen the top fuel car hit 319mph ( think it was Jndia in the monster car) and then a top fuel funny car break 300mph. Great place to come, hope Keith bartlet who is the owner has better fortune next season with the weather and all other events aren't rained off

This is a great day out providing you go on a day that is not raining. If the track is wet then itβs to dangerous for the cars and drivers, the track does get dried by tractors and a jet engine on a lorry, but the rain needs to stop. It is loud like you have never experienced in your life, so ear defenders recommended otherwise your hearing will be impaired for a while. Kids an absolute must for ear protection. The noise is such that the ground beneath your feet will be vibrating from the noise. Fast and exciting, an experience never forgotten. The food is good with lots of choices.... but make sure you take plenty of money as cheap it is not, 2 chicken drumsticks and chips Β£7.50 so think about packed lunch if your on a budget. Alcohol is available in the bar venue. Camping on site if you are making a weekend of it. Car parking is good but on grass. Stands for seating if you pay extra. I would definitely recommend booking online before hand and save a fair bit of money. Great day out !!

Went Saturday the 29th April 2023. Such a great day. Was really enjoyable overall. Staff where friendly and helpful. Amenities a plenty. Only negative I would say is the security/marshals looking after the grandstand we where didn't seem to care who came and went after a hour or so. We did speak to them and they did seem lovely so I don't want to add the photo but this led to people Standing at the top of the stairs blocking the view and at one point also joined by one of the two marshals joined the wall of people but at least their high visibility vest added a touch of brightness to the inability to see. Later in the day a couple of drunk people being very rude and trying to be intimidating but didn't have full control of their extremities to accomplish this had taken seats directly behind me, my wife and my 2 young kids that where occupied by a lovely couple who could no longer use their seats as a result.

My time spent with Carl Cox and the CCM Dragster team at Santa Pod Raceway was truly an incredible experience. Despite growing up in Northamptonshire and not attending Santa Pod often, I was amazed by the excitement and energy of the event. It was refreshing to see so many women involved in motorsport. Meeting Carl and the team, I learned about the technical aspects of Pro Mod Racing and was impressed by the power of the vehicles, especially when Carls 1970s Plymouth Cuda roared to life. Despite unpredictable weather, Carl remained focused and ready to face the competition, showcasing his determination and dedication to the sport. Had a fantastic two days and we'd like to thank ALL at Santa Pod Raceway for their hospitality and we look forward to seeing you again..... End of June hopefully where I'll catch up with the King family aka Next Generation Racing πͺπΌπͺπΌπͺπΌπͺπΌππππ. Grass Root Champions πͺπΌπͺπΌπ

What an amazing experience!! Fastest dragsters in the world:0-100mph in under 1.second. The sheer ferocity of the acceleration, the smell and physical assault by accompanying sound wave is incredible. First visit there. Plenty of parking on fields. Lots of places to eat but generally burgers and pizzas so bring a packed lunch. Plenty of places at the bank to set up to view so bring camping chairs or book seats in the grandstand (which we did). Funfair and other attractions. Monster trucks in the adjacent arena. Toilets plentiful and clean. But remember to buy ear protection especially for kids. The sound will seriously damage hearing and it is almost constant!! Drag racing is weather dependent- any rain will result in stoppages. I recommend booking tickets late to make sure you go on dry day. Purchase insurance at nominal cost when buying tickets. 5 stars. Recommended!
