Interesting building which had been a Chapel and a school. Set out as a tearoom, with bright tablecloths and pretty silk flower vases on each table. There was a good variety of cakes on offer, plenty of tea in the pot for two and extra hot water provided. My personal choice was a minestrone cup a soup. What a good idea to have that on the menu, not everyone fancies a sweet afternoon treat. Read morePLEASE CHECK THEIR WEBSITE FOR HOURS AND TIMES - when we visited the bog this week sadly the centre was closed as it's now only open Fri-Sun. We were aware of this before visiting. Good selection of home made cakes and coffee, much appreciated after a walk around the Stiperstones. Sells various locally made art and craft, books about the area and lots of other bits and pieces. Really nice to be able to support the community through buying a few souvenirs here. Read moreLove the ethos of this place as it's a social enterprise. Incredibly friendly, interesting staff who have a wealth of knowledge to share. There are tasty cakes and tea available too. You’re even welcome to eat your own packed lunch here. It's a great place to buy presents made by local craftspeople who live within a 10 mile radius.
