The Dock Tower — Attraction in England

As other people have mentioned in their reviews, you cannot actually get to the Dock tower. However there are actually cafes, art galleries and fish Munger's on the docks, so my advice would be to look up the opening times for them and make your journey to one of those places. After visiting, have a little drive around and you will be able to drive past the tower a little nearer. (Although as I said, you cannot go right up to the tower) Hope...
