Lee Valley Country Park — Attraction in Epping Forest

Stayed in The Country Lodge at Dobbs Weir. Lovely large Lodge with every amenity in it. Lots of kitchen utensils, washing machine, fridge freezer, large decking area and hot tub. Not overlooked by anyone and a lovely view down to the river. All enclosed so safe enough. Beds are comfy, good showers in ensuite and bathroom. Would definitely return here. Went into London via the train nearby which only took about 30 minutes. Wine, chocolates and tea, coffee and sugar left...

Always worth a visit and also great place for families, vast open areas, wildlife canal rivers, a lot to see, great for walkers - dogs. Just a good place to be not far from London - plus Waltham Abbey well worth visit historic Abbey and great little town. Enjoy...
