Interesting at low tide, but there's quite a drop onto the mud from the walls. The best time to go it's when the tide is in, it looks nicer and the swimming is good. There are steps down to the water. The road, in parts, is horrendous. There are sections that have not been made up and these are both full of holes, as well as having diagonal drainage bumps across them that shake your vehicle even if you go over at a crawl. There's not much parking space down the bottom either and nowhere to park at the side of the road on the way down without either blocking a gateway or a passing place. You can walk here from Trelissick. You could hire a kayak from Loe Beach and paddle here. There are a few bench seats and a few metal fire pits.

Absolutely gorgeous place. Went on a Sunday so there were a few people but not the typical crowded place. It's peaceful and clean. Good place for a picnic and for crabbing. There are a couple of BBQ pits but make sure to bring seats.

The walk from King Harry ferry to this Quay is stunning with views across the inlet through the trees. Across the bridge near the peninsula there are lots of small beaches the drop onto for a picnic.

Such a peaceful location. A nice walk from Trelissick Garden too. A decent spot to launch a paddleboard and explore the Fal. The track down to Roundwood is very bumpy so take it super slow with anything that's...
