We stayed in the lodges that neighbour the holiday park and had pre booked a Saturday morning round, despite heavy rain on the Friday night the course was in great condition and a good test, the pro in the shop was really helpful and we had chance to chat to some members, the service in the clubhouse was great, we popped in Friday night for a drink and the ladies behind the bar were very friendly, to the point we decided to have sunday dinner at the club and thought the food and service were great. Would certainly come back as the course was impressive and everyone we met from members to staff were very welcoming!

Played as part of a club "awayday" in the middle of one of the heatwaves. Fairways were baked, fast & running. Greens were well watered but fast. Pretty much every fairway has slopes in it and, with the dry weather, l couldn't cope with them ! Good looking tee shots ended up running into trees, bunkers or hazards. A bit frustrating for me although others in our group recorded good stableford scores. Also, some of the directional signage from one green to the next tee (which was sometimes a good walk away) was poor. Did l enjoy it - not really. Would l go back - probably not.

Played Forest Hills today with Henllys Golf Society,Course was is very good condition so well done to the Greenkeepers and Course Staff. Not played this course in a long long while and forgot how good it was. Very well done to the catering team to after golf dinner of roast turkey was excellant. All in all a very good day at a very nice golf club. Thank You Forest Hills its a thumbs up all round from me๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

Fantastic course. Very friendly staff.

Course in great condition, fairways lush and very dry. Greens roll true and in amazing condition. Best greens Iโ€™ve played on for a number of years.

Plays a little like a links course. Some lovely holes and very picturesque.

A real challenge due to some tight fairways and the greens are very tricky and you need to land balls in the right areas.

Iโ€™ve played some great courses all over Europe and this is right up there. For the cost it is exceptional. Given weโ€™ve had months of awful weather, this course must drain really well and Iโ€™d imagine plays well for most of the year.

Already thinking about a...
