We went to the Viking Battle Weekend on Friday. There was a variety of artisans there. The archery experience was great. They were knowledgeable and enthusiastic, as well as patient with the kids. Terry (Science Viking and Cabbage Slayer) was also extremely interesting and willing to give detailed explanations relating the sciences and the history of Vikings. The food looked good (Bao Buns), but we packed a picnic. Parking across the street was fine, but maybe would've been better to have some signage for cars to slow, or barriers for extra pedestrian safety, or possibly a person to help with crossing.
