I was disappointed with our recent visit to Inoflate Dundee. The food was subpar and undercooked, and to make matters worse, one of their most promoted items—the Rollover hotdogs—weren’t even being made, despite it being peak time on a Sunday.
I also had a frustrating experience regarding my 2-year-old son being denied access to the inflatable park because he wasn’t wearing branded socks. The issue is that Inoflate doesn’t stock socks in his size, and staff expected us to put socks meant for children 3–4 years older on him. In my opinion, this made the experience less safe, not more.
When I explained that I had already signed the waiver accepting full responsibility for my child’s safety, I asked whether they would then assume liability if he was injured due to the oversized socks—since they said the branded socks were required for insurance reasons. The question was met with silence from the marshal, which didn’t instill much confidence.
Overall, the experience felt poorly thought out and left us feeling unwelcome. We won’t...
Read moreI was in building no more than ten minutes after watching safety briefing we were OK to go on. safety briefing don't run in front of slides .after going down one slide then another I ended up with a broken nose as I was met with child at the bottom who I took the legs off of and resulted in face impact. I did not get chance to see the place fully as I was just on the equipment when impact happened . I recommend they do more to man the bottom of slides so this does not happen again. Overall I was given a full refund and I was well looked after by staff. The group I was with also agree that staff needs to be at slides to prevent accidents when people to young don't follow safety briefing rules properly as not there fault when excited to play. This is the innoflates responsibility to stop dangers from happening as this could have been a worse case as an adult I seen stars. I hope they learn from this and have more safety on equipment before another bad...
Read moreWe visited on a bank holiday Monday with our 2 children (4 & 9).
The venue was clean and airy and the staff on the front desk were polite and that's where the positives end.
However at £65 for 2 hours for our family of 4, it's just too expensive.
The inflatable was chaos...teenage staff all gathered together on the inflatables out of sight of management, fully grown teenagers launching themselves around whilst tiny toddlers are unsupervised. We decided it best to stay with our 4 year old at all times as we were worried he was going to get knocked out by the teenagers/man children running riot.
The seating area was just as bad as the inflatable, you were near sitting on top of the tables next to you. Everything was so crammed together it was near on impossible to get to the tables at the back.
We thought about eating at innoflate, but after paying £10 for 4 bottles of juice we decided to pass and...
