One of the best places to come and have a picnic, it's truly so peaceful and quiet here, lots of benches as well and car parking. Surrounded by some of the most beautiful natural beauty ever. Lots of sheep to keep you company too. Just make sure to bring some warm clothing as it's extremely windy. The waterfalls are really pretty, relaxing and tranquil.

Great parking here. Great view's of the stream and rolling hills. We started our ride from here. Went clockwise towards the Elan Valley Visitors Centre, then continued up and around past the dams back to this carpark. Would recommend, although not an easy assent straight away. Great place to finish a ride cause from either direction as it's down hill.

I stayed the night there and then went on to liuest cwmbach bothy and stayed one night there was amazing as you can see by the pictures I'm going to put up for you definitely worth a visit please when you go leave no trace in other words take your rubbish home with you to keep it looking at beautiful place 👌🥷🌌

Right at the top of the reservoirs, the road crosses the Elan at Pont Ar Elan (Elan Bridge). There is car parking and half a dozen picnic benches, and you can pick your way over rocks alongside the river edge. Nice place to stop, slightly spoilt by loud-mouthed trust-fund crusties skinny dipping. At least...
