Yes, it's another fortified roman building on Hadrians wall. But it has to be visited. A nice little walk (20-30 minutes with kids, a dog, pensioners and stopping to photograph everything). It can be steep, but not unmanageable. Take your time, the scenery is stunning. The location is beautiful - the hills, trees and river plus a be open area if you want to make a few hours of it.
