A decent, easy to moderate walk over a couple of hours. We parked near to Ladybower reservoir and walked from the trail at the rear of Heatherdene car park, up a steep incline, which was muddy and slippery in places, but the journey to the top was well worth it. Bamford Edge itself is approximately a 30 minute plus walk from this point, (depending on your pace,) with magnificent views across the reservoir, Win Hill, and the Hope Valley. I had an absolutely incredible experience at Bamford Edge. The breathtaking views of the Peak District National Park from this vantage point left me in awe. The hiking trails are well-maintained and offer a variety of routes for all levels of hikers. The natural beauty here is simply stunning, and it's a fantastic spot for photography enthusiasts. The peace and tranquility I found at Bamford Edge were priceless. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a connection with nature and a memorable...

Whichever path you take you will not be disappointed. These are some of the best views in the Peak District with views over Labybower reservoir and the...
