Received a voucher for my daughters birthday, for 2 hour play and build a bear. Never been before, but always wanted to go as drive past it on way to Hunstanton. Didnt need to book in advance. This place didnt disappoint! Super polite and friendly staff. Plenty of parking (did attend on a weekday, but was half term) Best place so far for under 4's soft play space aswell as great play area for the bigger kids, tunnels, slide, soft play, sensory lights and bubble tubes. Great space in toilets, could fit your pram in a cubicle which is rare. Baby change facilities and 2 floors of space for seating. Build a bear had a lovely little range and great quality. Food was lovely, kids and adults. The high chairs are good aswell as propper straps so little one cant make the great escape mid meal. Only thing is the food is vert pricey, but so many positives it outweighs that...
Read moreLovely facility, we took out 1.5 year old nephew for a few hours and he had such an amazing time. The Food is lovely but a little pricey for what it is. Unfortunately, only three stars due to how much of an issue unsupervised children were. Took my nephew in the ball pit and he was having a great time until an unsupervised child, maybe about 4 years old, came in and launched balls at him like she was some sort of rocket launcher. Nephew was terrified and we ended up taking him out, asking her to stop only led to her throwing them at us instead (which spared little'n but can't say we appreciated it all the same). Just one example. However, little'n did have a great time overall, lots of running around and laughing and we'd definitely consider bringing him back. I'd like to see more staff on hand supporting with...
Read moreI took my 2 granddaughters 4yrs and 3yrs and it cost £21.95 for entry for a 2hr stay. We ordered kids jacket potatoes for the girls which cost £7.95 each and an adults jacket potato for me, £8.95, and a jug of squash. When the potatoes arrived they each received half of a tiny little potato and I received a full tiny little potato. They were so small that I had to share mine with them to give them enough to eat. I mentioned this to the cafe staff to which she replied "It tells you on the menu" I replied that nowhere on the menu did it mention that the served miniature potatoes! The play area was good and the place seemed clean but I would recommend eating before or after a visit. The 2 hour session and lunch for 2 toddlers and myself was a very...
