We had a lovely day out here with our 3 children (13, 10 and 6). The farm is definitely better suited to younger kids but all of mine had fun. I thought it was good value at £40 entry for a family of 5 and once you’re in, everything is included, even mini-golf and go karts etc. The staff were all very welcoming and go out of their way to make sure everyone is enjoying the day. The 2 young girls working there, who helped with lamb feeding and the handling of rabbits and guinea pigs, were very friendly and brilliant with the animals and the children. My kids loved holding the animals and feeding the lambs and baby goats with bottles. We visited on a rainy day and there is a good sized indoor play area and small climbing wall (perfect for kids up to about 10). There is also a great outdoor play area and tunnel maze but unfortunately it was a bit wet for us to use it. All in all, a fantastic place to spend a few hours and wear out the kids. The farm doesn’t have a cafe but there is a coffee machine in the shop. There are slate caverns to visit just up the hill where you can get a discount if you are visitors to the farm. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to go up there but I believe that they...
Read moreVisited on a very rainy day with our daughters (8&5). The gentleman on reception was lovely and friendly and extremely helpful! After purchasing tickets, you can come and go as you please all day. They have a gift shop entrance with hot drinks machines and feed to purchase for 40p a bag. We paid just under £34 for a family of 4 and 4 bags of feed. We were informed of the times for lamb feeding and told there were plenty of covered play areas should the rain continue. The animals are clearly loved and cared for, and the staff were super informative, happy to answer questions, and very patient with the excited children come feeding time!! The indoor soft play was fantastic. Even my husband had to try out the "ball cannons" 😂😂 The outside play areas looked amazing too and well maintained. Unfortunately, we didn't have a chance to use them as the weather wasn't too good. The facilities were super clean and there are plenty of hand washing facilities, as well as picnic areas with lovely views. We will be...
Read moreFantastic little gem suitable for any family with young ones aged between 1 & 10. We decided to take our kids as it was a rainy day and wanted to take advantage of the indoor facilities, plus it was only a 10 min drive from Barnmouth.
We got to pet rabbits, feed goats, sheep, chickens, donkeys, pigs & ducks . Play crazy golf, go on a zip wire & enjoy outdoor kids play area all whilst enjoying wonderful views.
Also, an indoor soft play that is suitable for all ages. Had a toddler area for little ones plus a climbing and soft ball shooting area for 4-10 year olds.
It's so refreshing to come across somewhere more than reasonably priced that isn't all about ripping people off. Entry was around £7 for ALL activities, animal food only 40p and even the gift shop with toys, ice cream and drinks were cheap. Staff...
