I wish I could give more stars, as the staff are very polite and helpful when we became lost. There should be a contact phone number..also.
Although down the road from Orpington, it was difficult to find due to no signage. Leaving us with only 20mins for our dog to venture into the dog park.
I am hoping In time there will be a sign outside by the first gate, which is actually a barrier with a padlock. Typing the postcode in the sat nav leads you to a residential area, and the residence are not best pleased. A manned intercom would work better.
Would be helpful to have a sign that says you have arrived 'park here' once you get to the wooden gate to the dog park. We went right up the path, and then onto another path. The lady after us arrived but left after half an hour, and was soon behind us as we were driving out, and we were all quite perplexed when someone came in half an hour early. I do not think I will be attending here again unfortunately and it is difficult to get a phone signal, and is dangerous with blind spots exiting into a main road lane. Would advise lone women not to attend on their own as is...
Read moreGetting here was a bit hairy; the road leading up is riddled with some pretty bad potholes and I was rather nervous creeping along in my little honda. Leave your lamborghini at home for this one. Well worth the trip though, my boy and his best friend had a great time bombing about!
At this time of year, wellies or sensible footwear that you don't mind getting mucky are a MUST. Loads of great things for the dogs to do (mine was obsessed with the hanging rope) and nice for the humans to have a good catch up under shelter.
The business owners are clearly taking feedback on board because there was some signage on the way up but I think they could do with just one more to make the field entrance crystal clear (if you drive up to the Thames Water gate, you've gone too far!). Luckily they're quick to answer the phone and they were very helpful in directing us to the right spot. Thanks for providing a great space, can't wait...
Read moreAll I can say is WOW!! What a field! We chose to use the Safari field as between us we have 7 dogs, and 2 of them are extremely high energy but slightly reactive, so rather than being like meerkats for a whole hour we figured we'd give this secure field a try. They really have thought of everything in the Safari field; water, woods, a sand pit for digging, plenty of seating and lots of space. I love that there's covered seating, the water is also covered so woofers can cool down, and there's seating in the woods with stunning views. We loved it so much we've booked again but for 2 hours as 1 hour just isn't enough to really enjoy the whole experience. Thank you for really thinking about what dogs need for stimulation on walks and thank you for providing more...
