Richmond park is lovely but the deer are not wild, it’s basically a deer farm. Twice a year they lock the gates and drive around shooting the deer. 10% are killed each year. Their carcasses then sold to butchers and restaurants as exclusive Richmond park deer meat. So next time you see the lovely deer here just think that the one you’re looking at may be shot very soon and their family/friends running for their lives as they witness the killing which isn’t...
