From the arrival to our departure we was welcomed by pure kindness and respect. We arrived at the gates and was unsure of where to park, my colleague got out and asked security who were more than happy to help and guide us where to go. We were so grateful to have be able to park in front of the center courts which was very practical as we had a member who was in a wheelchair. We arrived and realised we was running 15 mins behind our scheduled pre booked tour, no one made us feel like it was a problem they were just happy to help guide us towards the tour group. Once we caught up with the group and after finishing talking the tour leader caught us up on what we had missed which was extremely helpful and considerate. Walking round the tour we had plenty of time to get from different locations and did not feel rushed at all. There was so much to see and it was so interesting, it felt surreal being there I must say. We also got to look in the museum which also was filled with so much history, it was lovely to see our members reminiscing at different clothing and remembering certain matches after seeing the history. It was a lovely experience to which our members enjoyed very much. I would recommend this to anyone. It was fantastic day out with the Day Club

A must for any tennis fan. What is amazing is the All England Club sits within a neighborhood. For you sports fans, think of Wrigley Field. My wife and I purchased the museum pass which includes Centre Court. Next time we will take the private tour. The cafe on site is nice but oddly they don’t serve regular drinks with sugar. You can purchase a Coke Zero and Sprite Zero but not the regular versions. I find this a bit strange. I get it in a way—sports/athletic field—but artificial sweeteners are not very natural. Am I being picky? Maybe but I can see how this can be aggravating to some. Anyway, the gift shop is nice and they offer a lot of clothing, accessories and both trinkets and souvenirs. Lastly, walk towards the tube station Southfields to enjoy the beautiful city.

My visit to the Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Museum yesterday, was nothing short of extraordinary, made even more memorable by the incredibly thoughtful and attentive team who went above and beyond to ensure my mum and I had a flawless experience.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with exceptional care and consideration. The pre-bookable blue badge parking was not only convenient but also perfectly organised.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a truly wonderful lady ( I didn’t get her first name but her surname was Proud I think) who didn't just point us in the right direction—she personally escorted us all the way to the museum check-in desk. Her kindness set the tone for the day, instantly making us feel valued and cared for.

Our original tour time was changed without any hassle, giving us the flexibility we needed to enjoy the experience at our own pace. Throughout the day, this same lovely lady continued to check in on us, ensuring that we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. It was clear that the entire team was dedicated to making our visit as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

The tour was helped even further by Helen who assisted my mum when she needed a little bit of extra help getting around the venue. Every member of staff we encountered at the Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Club was warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making our day special.

Their attention to detail was impeccable, and their passion for the sport and the history of Wimbledon was infectious. The cherry on top of an already wonderful day was a thoughtful gift presented to us at the end of our visit—a gesture that left us both touched and grateful.

The Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Museum/Club isn't just a place to explore tennis history; it's a place where hospitality and customer care are taken to the next level.

My mum and I were treated like VIPs from start to finish, and we can't thank the team enough for making our day so special.

We will be sure to return if we are lucky enough to get tickets for one of the championships or just for the amazing coffee and cakes in the restaurant.

Thank you once again

Firstly, it was great to see the male athletes with great derriers/booty 🍑 to match. Tiafoe was the best followed by Alcaraz and Djocovich IMO💁🏾‍♀️The men's final between Alcaraz and Djockovich was EXHILIRATING! Really skillful and Alcaraz was super impressive and alert! Coco Gauff's final game was my fave women's match and generally the women's games were exciting...If I haf seen Serena Williams in her prime...damn!👀🎾💥

The ettiquete during games( particularly Center Court/Court 1) pretty strict and like the theatre- very formal and quiet generally you cant leave or enter during a game until there is a break which lasts a few mins! Very interesting, the championships over 14 days is a FESTIVAL with mostly middle aged and older adults...very British overall and generally respectful. Lots of families too! Well executed logistically and plenty of toilets around the queue village and leading into the venue. Great staff and customer service all round.

I didnt pay for food/drinks but generally it is expensive, a can of Pimms was about £11 and a small bottle of juice £4 so best to bring as much of your own stuff as possible and also prepare for a long day and all weather! I did not need tickets to see the games nor did I need to queue for entry as I had a particular access and viewpoint for being at the tournament however from what I saw- def better to have a ticket, even a grounds pass unless you areca die-hard fan who likes to camp or move around like sheep until you are able to get into the courts!

Also- trains running effectively and regularly from Southfields so that was a big bonus as I always got a seat after leaving at 8pm and didnt wait more than 3mins...for 13...
