I was very quiet and peaceful before covid19 but now its busier and the trails are a lot muddier so be very careful unfortunately the owner of Cwrt Yr alla house has put gates and styles at various points on this once wonderful walk and it's not suitable for larger dogs or people who cannot climb over the styles. The trail wasn't difficult although some plants overgrown to step over here and there. We followed the Vale Trail 6 route, downloaded a leaflet available on visitthevale.com. It had the route directions including a short and long walk option.
