Visited yesterday with my wife & came across the Old Hall for the first time. A must visit the office manager was a mine of information so helpful wished we'd had more time to chat. School Party & visitors absolutely loved it. So interesting beautiful location set amongst lovely parkland, lakes & woodland with the main hall a mile away. Lots of wildlife, Birds, Deer, Badgers, Foxes. Even resident ghosts & organised ghost hunts. So much history the hall & its interior are fascinating so much to see so peaceful. Not forgetting the 60,000 paratroopers & SOEs that trained there for Arnhem & covert ops even converted Wellington Bombers based there. There is so much to interest you. Not forgetting the lovely lady on the Main Gate Knutsford end so helpful. This is a must visit with the lovely town of Knutsford next door do not fail to visit if you are...
