It's a 15 minute drive from Kilkhampton to this secluded church on the coast but very much worth it. Ample parking right by the church and it's also only ten minutes walk to the coast and Hawker's hut. The South Aisle of the church has the Hawker Memorial Window, which includes some interesting local details and even Hawker and his dog. As you walk down the sloping path to the church you'll pass a replica figurehead from the Caledonia (foundered September 1842), the original is inside the church. The guidebook by EWF Tomlin 1982 is one of the best you'll find in Cornwall.

Wonderful piece of history hidden on the Cornish coast. Tranquil little church with lovely stained glass windows, dedicated to a little-known saint (with the same name as me!) Well worth a visit.

Beautiful location near the coastal path at Morwenstowe. Close to the Coastal Path and a nice walk along the stream by the Rectory, plus cracking food at the Rectory Farm Tea Rooms.

Well worth the effort to find this medieval church, which is full of history particularly relating to the eccentric vicar. A lovely secluded place near the coastal path and the vicarage. Long may this place of worship remain. We were touched to see several war graves in the churchyard. What a loss for...

A lovely church in a nice setting. Bit of an eerie experience whilst there. Lovely mild day went into the churchyard & it was instantly a good 15 degrees cooler & you could see your breath like a freezing winters day. But once outta the churchyard it was lovely...
